This privacy policy (this “Policy”) describes how OPES FAMILY OFFICE (“OPESFO,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, handles, secures, shares and uses the personal information you, as a visitor to our websites (“you” or “your”), provide through any of OPES FAMILY OFFICE website(s) (each, a “Website”). SECURITY: OPESFO maintains appropriate physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including where appropriate:

·       the ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.

·       the ability to restore the availability and access to personal information in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.

·       a process for regularly testing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures for ensuring the security of the processing.

All our employees, contractors and data processors who have access to, and are associated with, the processing of your personal information are obligated to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for us.

CROSS BORDER TRANSFERS: Personal information will not be transferred outside of the European Economic Area or the United States (where the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework applies) without additional contractual or extra contractual measures that have been adopted or approved by the European Commission being taken.

OPESFO complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred from the European Economic Area to the United States.

GENERAL DATA REQUESTS: OPESFO acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may choose to correct, update, delete/deactivate or access it by emailing us directly at office@opes.boutique . We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed thirty (30) days.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: OPESFO commits to resolve complaints regarding processing, use and disclosure of Personal Data in accordance with this Policy. Individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding OPESFO compliance with this Policy should first contact at compliance@opes.boutique  OPESFO will investigate and attempt to resolve all complaints and disputes.

With respect to any complaints relating to the Privacy Shield Principles that cannot be resolved through OPESFO internal processes, OPESFO has agreed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU.

In certain circumstances, you may have the ability to invoke binding arbitration to address any complaint that OPESFO has violated its obligations under this Policy to you and has not been otherwise resolved such violation.
